Changes from original GREAT-ER 1 to new format version 1.0:

* renamed file for river network attributes from .att to .rna
* removed columns 'PopEquiv', 'Nondomestic Flow' and 'Runoff Flow' from
  the discharge site data (.dsd-file).
  You can do this with a simple command:
  cut -d, -f 1-4,6,9-12 old.dsd > new.dsd
* renamed 'ADF' to 'Flow' in discharge site data (.dsd-file).
