bugfixes:
2008-02-12: (trunk+testing)
Requests for REMOTEWMS layers have always included an extra & symbol after the
?, which is not included any more since it breaks some WMS servers.

2008-02-15: (trunk+testing)
Requests in image/gif that yield too many colors did not recieve a service
exception as answer. They do now, but only when ImageIO fails to send the color
space transformed image.
