Tlt_Name = Unique layer name for identification on server.

Lbl_Title = Titles
Tlt_Title = Layer title shown in the Geoide client legend and in the Author tree.

Lbl_Scope = Scope
Tlt_Scope = Select 'private' if layer configuration is not (yet) available for third parties. 'Public' means that this layer configration can be used by other authors. 
Lbl_Owner = Owner
Tlt_Owner = User(loginname) becomes automatically 'owner' of this layer configuration.
